Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the ScoreLab mobile app and the scorelab.live website (together, "ScoreLab"). ScoreLab is provided by MindScale.

• By using ScoreLab or creating an account, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use ScoreLab.
• How your personal data is processed is explained in the Privacy Policy: https://scorelab.live/en/privacy

ScoreLab is a mobile application that provides statistical analyses and predictions about football matches using artificial intelligence technology.

ScoreLab provides users only with statistical analysis and match predictions generated by AI-powered algorithms.

• ScoreLab does not provide betting services: it does not take bets, act as a betting intermediary or redirect to betting sites.
• Match data comes from third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate.
• The scope of the service may change over time; we may add, change or remove features.

ScoreLab is for users aged 18 and over.

• You can use ScoreLab without an account. If you want an account, you sign in with email and password, with Apple or with Google; sign-in is provided by Google's Firebase Authentication service.
• You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate, keeping your password secret and for activity under your account. If you believe your account has been used without permission, change your password and email mindscaleai@gmail.com.
• You can delete your account at any time in the app under Profile → Account settings → Delete account, or at https://scorelab.live/en/delete-account. The Privacy Policy explains which data is deleted and which is kept.
• Deleting your account does not cancel your store subscription; you need to cancel it separately in the App Store or Google Play.
• If you breach these terms, misuse the service or endanger its security, we may suspend or close your account. Where possible, we will tell you and give the reason.

ScoreLab Premium is an auto-renewable subscription offered in weekly, monthly and yearly plans; current prices are shown in the app before purchase.

• Payment is charged to your Apple App Store account (iOS) or Google Play account (Android) at confirmation of purchase. The store processes the payment; your card details never reach us.
• Your subscription automatically renews unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged the same amount for renewal within the 24 hours before the end of the period. If the price changes, the store informs you in advance under its own rules.
• App Store: manage or cancel your subscription on your iPhone under Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
• Google Play: manage or cancel your subscription in the Play Store under profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; you keep Premium until the period ends.
• Refund requests are handled by the store under Apple's and Google's own policies.
• If you have an account, your Premium subscription is linked to it.
• These Terms of Use also constitute the End User License Agreement (EULA) for the ScoreLab application.

You may use ScoreLab only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not:

• Use the application in breach of the law
• Reverse engineer, decompile or modify the application or its services
• Scrape, copy, republish or sell content or data in bulk using automated tools
• Try to bypass the service's security, access other people's accounts or disrupt the service
• Abuse the Premium, credit or reward systems

You choose your username and the profile photo you upload. If you join the leaderboard, other users can see them. You are responsible for this content.

• Your username and photo must not contain: nudity or sexual content; violence or gore; hate speech, hate symbols or attacks on a group; insults, harassment or humiliation of others; illegal drugs; betting, gambling or any other advertising; contact details such as links, phone numbers or social media handles; impersonation of another person, club or brand; content that infringes someone else's copyright or personal rights.
• We have no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.
• Uploaded photos are checked automatically by artificial intelligence; a photo found to break these rules is not accepted.
• You can report an inappropriate photo or username to us with the "Report" option on the leaderboard. We review reports within 24 hours and remove content that breaks the rules. If several users report the same photo, it is hidden until the review is complete.
• For content that breaks the rules, we may remove the photo, reset the username, block photo uploads, remove you from the leaderboard, or suspend or close your account.
• You confirm that you own the rights to the photo you upload or have permission to use it. You give us a free, non-exclusive permission to show and check the photo only within ScoreLab; this permission ends when you remove the photo or delete your account.

All content, design, software and algorithms in ScoreLab belong to MindScale. They may not be copied, modified or distributed without written permission.

You are granted only a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive and revocable right to use ScoreLab in line with these terms.

• Team logos, league names and other third-party trademarks belong to their owners and are used in ScoreLab for identification purposes only.
• Ads shown in the free version come from third-party ad networks. ScoreLab is not responsible for advertisers' content or websites.

ScoreLab and its developers:

• Are NOT responsible for users' financial losses
• Are NOT responsible for betting or investment decisions
• Are NOT responsible for transactions on third-party platforms

ScoreLab is designed in compliance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

The application does not connect to, advertise, or redirect to any illegal betting platforms.

• We may update these terms. The date of the current version is shown at the top of the page.
• We notify you of significant changes in the app.
• If you have an account, the version of the terms you accepted is recorded on it; when you accept a new version, that acceptance is recorded separately.
• Continuing to use ScoreLab after the notice means you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept them, you can stop using ScoreLab and delete your account.
